Industry leading trainer Rachel Guy joining the Clean Health Performance Centre team this October!
We are excited to announce that as of October the 1st industry leading trainer Rachel Guy will be joining the CHPC team and taking on new clients. To many of our current clients and readers Rachel is well known as she is regularly coached herself by Clean Health Director Daine McDonald.
Rachel herself specializes in female fat loss and over the last 12 years has become renowned as one of the top trainers in Australia. Upon graduating from The University of Birmingham, UK with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, Rachel worked within the NHS as a rotational physiotherapist and supplemented clinical work through employment with high performance sports people and teams. Her passion for strength training brought her to Sydney, Australia where she is now regarded as one of Sydney’s most popular female strength and conditioning coaches.
Rachel’s clientele ranges from personal trainers; MMA, ex-rugby and crossfit athletes; female figure/fitness competitors to corporate/weekend warriors and general health and fitness clients who tend to take a little more serious approach to their training.
Rachel is an International lecturer of the FMA Strength Training Certification Program currently lecturing in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She is also involved in contributing to the course content and development of FMA internationally. www.FMAStrengthTraining.com
In the media, Rachel writes monthly “Ask the Expert” columns for Men’s Fitness and Shape Magazines in addition to being a main contributor to “On Duty” magazine released in 2012 – distributed to Military and Government personnel including the Australian Federal Police and Paramedics. She has been featured in several T.V commercials, websites, blogs and magazines including Ironman and Musclemag.
