After completing our first foray into mergers and acquisitions in 2023, with the purchase of Vast Training Academy, and following acquisition of the Australian Institute of Fitness, we’re not just a platform for real world coaching tools and accreditations, Clean Health Group is here to continue to create a community of fitness professionals set on shifting the industry standard for the better.
Brought into action by Daine McDonald, Clean Health began as a Personal Training business focused on high quality client results through the balance of science, lifestyle, nutrition and strength training.
After opening our first performance based gym, client results, community focus and a keen eye for detail allowed us to grow to three gyms by 2015.
After close to 300,000 sessions, Clean Health’s gyms closed for good. This spurred the company’s shift to becoming a premier Australian Government Accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and continued education provider for established personal trainers and nutritionists.
With the acquisition of a number of leading health and fitness education companies, including the Australian Institute of Fitness and VAST, Clean Health Group was born. This positions Clean Health within a leading network of companies set on resetting the industry for good.
Clean Health is poised to educate one million fitness professionals worldwide by 2027, setting into gear a full reset of the industry towards one of knowledge, development and practicality.
