We are excited to announce that as of October the 1st industry leading trainer Rachel Guy will be joining the CHPC team and taking on new clients. To many of our current clients and readers Rachel is well known as she is regularly coached herself by Clean Health Director Daine McDonald.

Rachel herself specializes in female fat loss and over the last 12 years has become renowned as one of the top trainers in Australia. Rachel’s clientele ranges from personal trainers; MMA, ex-rugby and crossfit athletes; female figure/fitness competitors to corporate/weekend warriors and general health and fitness clients who tend to take a little more serious approach to their training.
