  1. Promoter
     The promoter is Clean Health Fitness Institute Pty Ltd

     

  2. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
  • Entrants must provide valid contact details (email and phone number) via the entry form.
  1. Competition Period
  • The competition commences at 5:00PM AEST on Friday, 9 January 2026 and closes at 9:00AM AEST on Monday, 19 January 2026 (“Competition Period”).
  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  1. How to Enter

     To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
  • Follow the instructions provided via the official competition page/social media post; and
  • Submit their details as required via the official entry form.
  1. Prize

    The prize consists of:
  • One (1) qualified program of either:
    • Elite Nutritionist Program (inc. 11046NAT Certificate IV in Nutrition), OR
    • Elite Personal Trainer Program (inc. SIS30321 Certificate III & SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness)
      • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  • The winner will be selected at random (game of chance) at 9:00AM AEST on Wednesday, 21 January 2026.
  • The winner will be announced publicly via the Promoter’s official social media channels and contacted directly via email.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
  1. General Conditions
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or any other social platform.
