Refund Policy
Clean Health Refund Policy (VNA-Delivered Courses)
Clean Health owns and operates Vast Nutrition Academy (VNA) (RTO ID: 41564) as a portfolio company of Clean Health Group.
When you enrol in a Clean Health course delivered by VNA, the following refund rules apply:
Cooling-Off Period
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrolment within 5 days of:
– Confirming your enrolment,
– Accepting the Student Handbook, and
– Receiving your login details to the learning portal.
Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period
– Refunds are not automatic after the 5-day period.
Refunds may be considered in line with the VNA Student Handbook, where:
– The course is cancelled by the provider, or
– Serious illness or hardship is demonstrated.
Non-Refundable Items
– Application fees, administration charges, and course materials supplied are non-refundable.
Payment Plans
– If you withdraw after the cooling-off period, you remain liable for fees as outlined in your instalment plan.

Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
